- Account Creation: To access certain features, you’ll need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.
- Account Security: You’re responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activities that happen under your account. Please notify NotariesAreSocial.com immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or security breaches. NotariesAreSocial.com won’t be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this.
3. Services Offered
NotariesAreSocial.com provides a platform for Notary Publics to connect, network, and engage professionally. Our services include, but aren’t limited to:
- Directory listings for Notaries.
- Job posting and bidding/offer submission features.
- Internal messaging and communication tools between members.
- Access to resources and information relevant to the notary profession.
4. Paid Memberships
- Subscription Fees: Access to certain advanced features, like posting jobs or enhanced visibility, may require a paid membership. Details on membership tiers, features, and fees will be clearly outlined on the Site.
- Billing and Renewal: Membership fees are billed monthly in advance. By purchasing a paid membership, you authorize NotariesAreSocial.com to charge your designated payment method. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
- Cancellations and Refunds: No refunds for partial months.
- Changes to Fees: NotariesAreSocial.com reserves the right to modify membership fees at any time. We’ll provide reasonable notice of any changes.
5. User Conduct and Content
- Lawful Use: You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that doesn’t infringe on the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Site by, any third party.
- Prohibited Content: You agree not to post, upload, or transmit any content that:
- Is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, or violates any local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
- Is defamatory, libelous, obscene, pornographic, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.

- Violates the applicable notary laws of the state in which the notary activity will take place.
- Accuracy of Information: You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of all content you submit to the Site.
- License to NotariesAreSocial.com: By submitting content, you grant NotariesAreSocial.com a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the content in connection with the Site and NotariesAreSocial.com‘s (and its successors’ and affiliates’) business, including for promoting and redistributing the Site (and derivative works) in any media formats and through any media channels.

NotariesAreSocial.com provides a platform for Notaries to find and offer services. We are not a party to any agreements between users. Users are solely responsible for negotiating, agreeing upon, and fulfilling the terms of any engagement or service. NotariesAreSocial.com doesn’t endorse or guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services advertised or the truth or accuracy of listings. All transactions and communications between users regarding jobs must comply with all applicable laws and notary regulations.
7. Intellectual Property
- Site Content: All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and their compilation, is the property of NotariesAreSocial.com or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
- Limited License: You’re granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal and professional use, strictly in accordance with these Terms.

NotariesAreSocial.com reserves the right, at its own cost, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will fully cooperate with NotariesAreSocial.com in asserting any available defenses.
11. Termination
NotariesAreSocial.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and related services or any portion of it at any time, without notice, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, for breach of these Terms.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
